Dr. Toni-Marie Small, DDS, MS
Dr. Toni-Marie Small is a board certified pediatric dentist who believes dental visits should be fun, positive, and something kids actually look forward to. She takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel confident in the care their child is receiving.
With extensive training in advanced behavior guidance techniques, Dr. Toni provides compassionate care for children of all ages, including those with special healthcare needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She also partners with board certified anesthesiologists to offer dental treatment under IV sedation or general anesthesia, ensuring every child’s experience is as safe and comfortable as possible.

Dr. Toni earned her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the College of Wooster in 2012 and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from the University of the West Indies in 2017, where she was awarded for excellence in pediatric and restorative dentistry. She completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at NYU Langone Dental Medicine before following her passion for pediatric dentistry at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, graduating from her specialty residency in 2020 and receiving an award from the Florida Association of Pediatric Dentistry for outstanding performance.
When she’s not caring for little smiles, Dr. Toni enjoys crafting, traveling, and discovering new foods with her family.
